This is a project based workshop for absolute crochet novices. Crochet is everywhere, definitely the new cool! Whether you go for funky or vintage or contemporary, you can't do it without crochet.
YOU WILL LEARN..
how to hold the hook and yarn, make a chain and work double and treble crochet stitches, how to change colour, how to work simple edgings, how to read a pattern and make sense of terms and abbreviations.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING..
You will need 3.0mm, 3.5mm and 4.0mm crochet hooks and a couple of knitted squares to use to make edgings. Please also bring scissors and a needle for sewing up. All other materials will be provided as well as a detailed set of notes.

All the workshops are full days, starting at 10:00 and finishing at 16:00 with an hour for lunch.
The cost is £40 per person per workshop which includes all teas and coffees and lunch but excludes the cost of any materials used on the day. You will, however, receive a discount voucher which entitles you to 10% off all yarn purchases on the day of the workshop.
We can accommodate a maximum of 6 learners per workshop so that everyone can work in comfort and receive in-depth teaching.
